We are a team of seasoned technologists, strategists, and consultants passionate about helping others harness the power of data. But we don’t just deliver technology—we deliver impact. We start by listening—deeply—to understand the "why," "how," and "what" behind every problem, challenge, or opportunity.

The Crosswave Origin Story
Warren Sifre, Cofounder & CEO
Warren Sifre began his career in 1998, long before the modern data revolution took off. He started in Document Imaging—calculating network bandwidth capacities and writing Visual Basic middleware to bridge the gap between applications and databases. Known early in his career as a “Smoke Jumper,” Warren was the go-to resource for the toughest challenges—always finding a way to deliver when others couldn’t.
By 2007, Warren had mastered a wide range of technologies, but he recognized the need to specialize. One insight drove his decision: everything in tech revolves around data. Whether it’s hardware or software—data is the common denominator. That realization launched his journey into databases, and Microsoft SQL Server became his core focus.
Over the next 15+ years, Warren earned 36 certifications, including advanced credentials in Azure, SQL Server, Data Engineering, and Analytics. But something was still missing: service. In 2016, that changed. Warren discovered his deeper calling—to help people. That same year, he founded the Indy BI PASS User Group, a thriving community dedicated to connecting and empowering data professionals, which he continues to lead today.
After two decades consulting for top firms and guiding their growth, Warren decided it was time to build something of his own. At this moment, he assembled a team of elite technologists and in 2024, Crosswave Solutions Inc. was born—bringing together everything the team had learned about technology, business, and leadership to serve others at a higher level.
